Call Lance Brown owner of Browns Trees Service he answered on the first ring! After calling several other tree companies this weekend he was the only one to answer his phone! Willing to come out on a cold wet day to give us a bid.

Lance Brown, at Brown Tree Service, was able to come the same day we called him (a tree fell during a storm the nigh before on our house) and gave us a great price for a tree removal. My husband and I took the opportunity and had him look at our backyard trees that were hanging over our house and power lines and gave us multiple great options depending on if we wanted to keep our trees or not. Lance gave us a more than fair price on all our trees. He and his crew were professional and did a fantastic job! We also appreciate how careful they were while cutting large limbs over our house, making sure not to damage the roof or our deck. Lastly the whole crew took great care of cleaning up after completing their work.

I called on a Friday afternoon to get an estimate and Lance (the owner) was able to fit my schedule by coming out Sunday to see what I needed done. The price seemed quite reasonable so he scheduled us in the next day. The 4-man crew showed up, took care of trimming 3 trees, removal of 15' of shrubs, and removed one tree in less than 2 hours. We left how much to trim to them and were really pleased with how they turned out. They do a great job raking up the leaves and twigs that are part of trimming trees. I'd use them again with no reservations.

I called this service about 10am on a Thursday looking for someone to come check out and treat my 2 trees. I explained that last fall 2 of our 4 young trees fell, and I was concerned the other trees might be sick. They gave me a ballpark quote on the phone to inject the soil/treat the roots and offered to come out the same day. I agreed and by noon my trees were treated. They also offered to grind down the stumps left by the two fallen trees (for a fee, of course), but they had to bring in a different truck, and it was a very helpful offer that I gladly accepted. All was done by 12:30pm, and I'm a happy customer with newly healthy trees!

This was an easy and painless experience. :)
